Blackout Kit Mobile APK

Blackout Kit Mobile - Open-Source VPN App An open-source VPN client for Android, built with Flutter. It fetches VPN configurations from GitHub, checks server reachability, and provides one-tap connection. The iOS VPN layer is not implemented. Status**: v1.12.1 — Android VPN service and in-process Xray core are implemented, and the Xray tunnel path is **verified working on physical hardware** (2026-10-16): a real config on a real device carries live traffic end to end — a TikTok video loads in under a second. Saved configs are encrypted at rest since v1.12.1 (see SECURITY.md); the key lives in the Android Keystore. Sing-box/tun2socks binaries are packaged for supported ARM ABIs; process launch and local SOCKS readiness are checked, but end-to-end traffic through subprocess-backed tunnels remains unverified on hardware. The iOS target contains a mock VPN and does not tunnel. ⚠️ **Read this before testing.** The Android tunnel is now real: a Kotlin VpnService owns the TUN interface and the bundled Xray core runs in-process behind it. Earlier beta releases (archived in CHANGELOG.md) record device-guided debugging, but local process/SOCKS readiness does not establish end-to-end traffic. Subprocess-backed tunnel traffic still needs a physical-device test. **AmneziaWG on mobile:** the native userspace core now ships with gomobile bindings (StartTunnel(configText, tunFd) / StopTunnel…
